1 month & 3 days

Soon it'll be 1 month till my engagement...I'm excited and at the same time in super panic mode..cause got nothing done for his and mine engagement gifts yet..Went to JB to get the stuffs to DIY deco our engagement hantaran[engagement gift]. I wanted juz something simple yet doesn't look that cheap..But my MR went around the whole store looking excited like a kid in a candy store[if you must know my MR had a little fetish for anything tat is DIY]..He had this idea and that idea and even mention something abt having lights for the ring..

Me: Baby..stop..we won't have time to do all that.."
He: "No..sure can lah.."
Me: "Then y don't I deco ur gifts and you deco my gifts..We'll see whose one is nicer :P"
He: "ok..deal"

So now I'm in a friendly competition with him to deco the engagement hantaran. Haiz..

anyways..this is my inspiration for his engagement gifts..simple yet chic hehe :P

Finally an outlet to vent!!

I've always been more comfortable expressing out my feelings in writing rather than voicing it out. Not really a good way to reveal my inner thoughts as everything that is written is in black and white and might be used against me one day..hehe..but still this is the most comfortable way for me pour out my feelings...

Now my thoughts are filled with weddings, weddings and you guess it right, more weddings..Wedding magazines has now seem to be my well-thumbed research resource and multiply seems to the only website I logged to when I'm online[Besides facebook that is]. I sure plenty of brides out there are in the similar mode as me..

Ok first of all, I think that I should give mini intro abt myself..

I'm now doing plenty of research in the quest to become a MRS which is already a feat itself and since my MR is from a completely different culture from me..It means that I had to venture this journey pretty much on my own cause my MR, he doesn't know squat abt the malay traditions and same goes for me, completely clueless on his chinese customs etc...

So on with the quest..bumbling along and learning about each other differences and compromising them with lots of give and take...
